was deliberate. I like parameters with easy to interpret meanings. I
should have pointed <out the change.

You should have validated the function prior to posting it. We are
discussing RoundToEx and we must respect the function type.

Now with all the misunderstandings cleared up we can focus on the real
question. Is the RoundToEx a healthy improvement to RoundTo? Can we make
RoundToEx even better? Is the TRoundToEXRangeExtended = -20..20 proper? etc.
