Then we are ready to investigate the consequences for RoundToEx of
1/10, 1/100 etc not being representabel in Extended precision
They are not representable in any kind of binary floating point. BCD
is, of course, different.
Yes of course. I was only concerned about Extended because this is what we
use in RoundToEx.
