I think the values "4 9999992" are uninteresting.
Could you expansion the times for other array-types?
random (the way as now), step-up (0..+x), step-down (o..-x) and zero(0)?

The benchmark we used was not based on RDTSC instruction, but

T0 := Now;
SomeProc
T1 := now;
