Strange AV porting an app from D6 to D7

Hi all,
I am frustrated, I am porting an MDI app from D6, (where all
work fine) to D7 simply recompiling. I got randomly same error
opening MDI window: an AV in memory manager :"...reading of
address 00000000". I can figure out to solve this problem.
Some time the app work fine for a day, some other day the
same app show the error many time in one hour. I use exactly
the same components source in the two version. It seems the
the error get out before the child enter in the OnCreate event.
