Why is HeapAlloc Failing

I'm having issues with HeapAlloc Failing on my application

I've only used about 140 Megs of process memory and have 1 Gig of Ram with 4
Gigs of Virtual.
I've have over 512 Megs of physical remaining and lots of Virtual

What is Delphi's Heap Limits and how do you control them?
