execute and wait

hi my friends,

how can i execute another project and wait until it is closed?
a good example is appreciated.

also i have two other related questions:

1. is the length of command-line parameter of the function that
is used for the above purpose limited?

2. can i execute an exe file that is placed inside another one
as resource without writing it to disk?
