Windows Shell Namespace Extensions

Hello there,

I am trying to create a Namespace Extension, am using Delphi 7, so before
writing here I searched Google. After much searching I seemed to be coming
across a component suite by Brad Stowers homesite www.delphifreestuff.com

This site no longer exists and I cant seem to find it anywhere (Torry's, VCL
Crawler, DSP, etc) Anyone have a copy of this freeware set that they could
upload to attachments?

Or if not, know of any other component suites, or good places to learn about
creating Shell namespaces, akin to the Recyle Bin, Control Panel objects,
etc
