How to make browser based interface ?

hi ! everyone
The vs studio has a part of browser based interface. We can create new
project on it , find a titles from lib. open the existing program and so
forth . How can i make such program ? wheather i need to catch message from
the browser or there are API on the system ? Is there any web resouces
about it ?
