Login win2000 in run time. How to???

Hi all.
Dose any one know how can I :
1) Login into win2000 from my application ( D5 / D6 )?
    Is there ane API for that action?

2) Replace the Login screen of the OS with the abov application?

What I want to do is build my own login screen that will apear when
the machin boots.
