A new newsgroup has been created for Win32 API related discussions. All
threads
from the current group have been copied over to the new newsgroup:

  news://newsgroups.borland.com/borland.public.delphi.nativeapi.win32

Please continue your discussions there. The current newsgroup is now set to
read-only and will eventually be removed from the Borland public news server.
