Program similar to TASKLIST.EXE

I don't have too much experience with APIs, so I don't know if it's
possible, but I would like to have a program that runs exactly as the
TASKLIST.EXE from Windows but instead of D.O.S. command line, the
parameters should be provided via prompts in a form. Anybody knows if
this is can be done?
Any suggestion is appreciated...
