I tried this on a P4 2GHz and it faithfully reported speed of 1994
with both buttons. This was running with Delphi 5 IDE (which I used to
build the project). This machine is running Windows XP Pro SP1.
I tried it on P4 3.06Ghz and the fixed button speed ranged from
2884-3104 and the broken code button speed ranged from 1794-24555 with
NO exception shown after about 30 click attempts. Most times (about
40% of the time) the broken code speed was reported between 1794-1900.
This was running the independent EXE. This machine is running Windows
2000 Pro SP4. Must have hyperthreading enabled because the Windows
Task Manager has two CPU windows in it.
