Delphi for .NET or C#Builder?

I'm the lone programmer for my (US) company and currently use Delphi 7 for
everything. I'm looking to do programming for the .NET bandwagon. I cannot
decide which to use. I'm mostly concerned about support. Especially if I
get hit by a bus or something... Seems to me there will be more people who
can support C# than Delphi. But then, Delphi is so easy to learn.

Any opinions? (not relating to the decision to go to .NET) :-)
