Why can not using animation GIF component on Delphi7 ?

Good evening,
I'm a delphi programer, in Korea.
I must use animation GIF images in delphi-7, but I can't do.
Because, delphi-7 is going dead and down when using
the third part animation gif component at design time and runtime.

Please help and answer me that how can I do.
