I don't know if that's true...
With C#builder a simple one form test app with a button and a couple of
edit boxes consumes over 20mb, at least according to the task manager.
That's just what I have seen in the past. Of course the task manager is not
the best way to test this type of thing.
Before anyone flames me, just understand this was just a observation.
