I'm getting the following error msg in my D7 app. The app is NOT dotnet,
but a win32 app.

Error: The Side-by-Side configuration information in "myapp.exe" contains
errors. This application has failed to start because the application
configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this
problem (14001).
