One thing to note is that while they do have a pretty nice chunk of
cash in the bank, it really can't be spent without showing up on the
balance *** as an expense, and that would effect quarterly results.
And like it or not, quarterly results matter in a lot of ways, not the
least of which is the way that potential customers view the company.
