CTRL+SPACE doesn't work anymore

In neither D6 or D7.
I haven't touched D6 in a while, I rebooted, restarted both IDEs but nothing
seems to bring up the code completion thingy.
In a fresh new project, after I type "Form1." I get the method list, but
when I press CTRL+CLICK on an empty line, the code completion wizii doesn't
appear.
Did anybody experience this?
How can I fix it?

I suspect there's something external that hijacked the key combination but I
cannot remember installing anything recently.
