It that works, and if others report problems with XP, I would stay on
Win2k. Since I moved to a new computer, which came with XP Home, and
upgraded to XP Pro, I am using XP Pro only. I can't see any of the
problems with it others report. It actually works better with some pieces
of my hardware (like my scanner and printer) than my Win2k. I never
managed to make these two work *together* on Win2k. Also, I can connect
my camera to XP, which never worked in Win2k.
OK, the XP installation was new, and the Win2k may have been messed up a
bit, over the ages. <g>
