I think that Colin simply would need a public CVS, like the one on
sourceforge. That way more people would be able to contribute and have
theri code merged in a lot easier.

Colin could still be the final judge.

See my other reply to Nick: the fact that a product *needs* fast and
frequent patches weighsd more heavily for a commercial product than for a
free, open source hobby product. Especially when Borland's patches are
mere bug fixes, whereas Colin's patches usually add new features.

Usually, only MS can get away with that. <g>
