I had hard time with this statement. Language is simple, framework is
hard. The power of a development tools lies mostly in the framework.
I think all languages that I know are useless without the framework.
But without the VCL framework, I do not think Delphi is a
'pascal-syntax' C#. I used to think like that, but there are a lot of
differences between those two.
For example, C# does not support virtual constructor, stand alone
function, while Delphi is.
