Even it it were possible the question is why would you want to do it? A PDA
is not just a miniature Desktop. Designing an app to run on a PDA is a whole
new world compared to designing an app to run on a Desktop. The VCL as it
exists today would only have limited applicability in a PDA environment. If
the design of an app is not portable then there is less need for the
implementation to be portable.
