Why? Other people (eg John Kaster) have said this in this ng and I don't see
it.

I installed and evaluated Team Coherence and decided it didn't do much for
me as a single developer. What am I missing?

Every so often after I've made some changes I copy and paste the whole
project folder to a new folder and use that instead, to maintain some kind
of versioning. It doesn't seem that the version control automates any
creation of new versions and enabling you to fall back to old versions: its
main task seems to be to lock and selectively unlock files, which doesn't
bother me when it's only me, and there is no chance of two people working on
the same files.

If there was more than one developer I'd definetly get serious about source
control, particularly if the developers involved were in different locations
geographically and we could check files out over the internet.
