There are already ActiveX controls installed on the CE device (as I
mentioned) that work with the device hardware. I actually have the html
which works with the .hex code for the ActiveX controls on the devices,
so I guess that is not quite the end of the story.
Perhaps the things that are being used are some weird sort of ActiveX CE
controls, but they are called ActiveX in the SDK for the device and by
Microsoft.
Whether or not HTML and ActiveX is the best way to deal with this
thingummy, D8 can't program it, and the eMbedded VC4++ is a nightmare.
I'm still keen on using a Delphi web app to drive the bugger. Is this
approach a goer?
