How exactly are they "wrong"? The FACT is that John described the current
situation, the proposed solution, and even posted the link that will be
used. Yet the Customer Service Wizards run around as if they have been
personally wronged and damaged today due to DelphiDirect not being
maintained for the past 5 years.

Call that what you will, but "talking down" to the customers certainly isn't
the proper description. Maybe it's time for another retirement?
