...and it's a crippled version where not only wizards and design-time
editing support is missing, but also the libraries themselves are
missing. VB.Net can do everything (of course since the .Net framework
is free, so all you're buying is an IDE).
It's also very easy to tweak the VS IDE: kinda like making macros
in Office, that means a lot more simple than OTA, which is obscure,
a real mess to debug and can make the IDE completely unstable.
