I continue to be staggeringly surprised how difficult it seems to be to get
the boss to understand this concept. I can't tell you how many times...over
several boss-life-spans...I have heard the "we don't have time to do that!"
decree and each and every time all I can think of is "Yeah, we don't have
time to do it now because we're wallowing in the backwash of the same "we
don't have time to do that" edict made 6 months ago. So here it is today and
where is your "we don't have time to do that" mantra going to leave us 6
months from now?"
