Of course, but:
- I suspect you would find no shortage of volunteers for copy editing
- the potential audience is likely prepared to forgive some rough edges
- I would think that Borland would help to publicize the availability
- I would also think that most Delphi sites would recognize mutual
benefit through promoting the book
- etc., etc., etc.
