I really like this idea. I wish you were also doing it for Delphi 7,
because it will likely be a while before we actually start using the copies
of D8 that we purchased. In fact, I don't really like to even think about
what we might need to do to convert our app if we ever HAVE to. :-)

I would buy copies of your workbook for my entire team. All three of us!
And if you were to develop the site as you said here, I would certainly
subscribe. In fact, I would like a way to track usage of the site by other
members of my team if I got a subscription for them, so I could see if they
were actually using it. Perhaps the ability to review their work as well so
I could evaluate where they are in the learning process.

I am also interested in training classes. We budget somewhere around an arm
a year for each developer, so we might be able to attend, if we found some
that covered the things we are looking for. I have actually been visiting
the Xapware site on a semi-regular basis looking to see if you are offering
training yet. Though, again, I'm not looking for .NET training yet, just
Delphi 7.

I'm looking forward to hearing more about this soon!
