Nope. I never asserted such a claim. I suggested it as a possibility. If you
actually bother to read my post you will see that I questioned the legality
of Derek's copy. In fact anyone who knows how to read basic English can see
that this was a question rather than an assertion by the very subject line
you yourself quoted above. You see that squiggly line with the period
underneath it? That is what is known as a question mark. In the English
language, it terminates a question, whereas statements are terminated with
periods and exclamation points.

Questioning something is not the same thing as asserting the opposite.

It is obvious that English is not your primary language and logic is not
your forte', so you might want to study both before attempting either one,
again. It is well off-topic for me to give you lessons in English and logic,
so you are on your own in acquiring these skills.
