After reading some previous posts, I was thinking that an onslaught of
questions at borcon weren't going to phase Dale at all. I think
borcon attendees are probably not regarded as 'representative
customers' for the same reason that newsgroup participants are not. I
was thinking that Dales obligation is to his stockholders, and the
likes of newsgroup ramblings, online signature gathering, and
semi-organized borcon questioning were not really going to be taken
seriously.

I was thinking that Dale had 'Kaster and DevRel' to accurately report
the feelings and wants of 'representative customers' reliably.

Funny, your comment just snuffed out my feeling that Dale had a hard
working professional gathering and reporting valuable and reliable
information that was taken seriously.
