We encourage people who develop third party programming solutions for
Borland products to become BTPs. That's a very small minority of all
developers and companies.

And the way the Partner CDs content has gone, it is unlikely we will
ever pull other CodeCentral submissions onto them. There isn't room.

I'll be showing a Borland solution for this at BorCon, developed by our
pubs and compiler teams.

An install for QC that does this is already on the Partner CD for D7.
The QC client should ship pre-installed for future releases, as it does
for JBuilder and C++BuilderX.
