Listening and choosing not to take a suggested action is not the same
    as ignoring the suggestion.

If you're going to make a suggestion, you should be prepared to accept
when the suggestion is declined or deferred.

We do monitor the QC feedback and feature requests, and incorporate
that information with feedback from a variety of other sources
including primary and secondary customer contact in active and passive
modes. QC is a primary active mode contact point, meaning it reflects
input from customers who are sufficiently motivated to seek out and
submit opinions. Such feedback is often laced with personal agendas or
predisposed solutions. We also have to consider passive modes, the
dark matter of the customer base which is not motivated to contact
    Borland directly.
