StarTeam- it is really excellent. We chose StarTeam because there
aren't any real pitfalls- only price may be an issue and there is a
Standard version if you want to cut costs. However, I'd recommend the
Enterprise version becaue it is very customizable.

Before StarTeam we were using Visual SourceSafe and that sucked big
time- lots of corruption, merging didn't work nicely etc. The whole VSS
paradigm is wrong- StarTeam supports the concurrent development model
and VSS does not.
