  I use VSS and hate it. We have issues with VSS and Visual Studio
where occasionally you'll get the wrong version of a file. (As in edit
one version, but compile another. It makes debugging REALLY
frustrating.)
  Previously, I used ClearCase, and loved it. I suspect that it's a bit
much for your needs, though.
