Programming for PocketPC

hi,

i would like to write applications for PocketPC 2003. so i searched
the web for related documentation and SDK. the official online
help is available in MSDN, but unfortunately i didn't find any
well-documented help for Delphi (even a specialized SDK).

if you know a good downloadable PocketPC SDK for Delphi, plz let
me know too.
