Xavier:

I think Borland Marketing could be a just a *little* more creative. Sure
they don't want the burden of shipping a 2 lb book and the increased form
factor but have they thought of including a redeamable "coupon" from Amazon
or whichever third party or even the publisher themselves? Maybe you or JK
can suggest to them?

BTW, I find your book an excellent value. There's not many books I can say
the same.
