Not in my experience.. *Some* do (banks or Borland IIRC), but I doubt it's a
big part of them.

Here's something funny: yesterday I talked to the boss of this company I am
doing training to and he literally said that a college degree is actually a
*minus* for him in a resume. I am not kidding :)))
