NewsGroup reader/archive search

Can you all recommend a good newsreader, and possible some software that
allows me to search archives (I don't like browsers or online searches).

I'd prefer something fast rather than bloaty with tons of features.. But
still I would like to try a few even if it has a bit of bloat I suppose.

Anything written in Delphi, or do I have to find a c++ app? lol
