I did that, and I found that it complained 3 files were missing, and then ignoring that hoping it would be something that wouldnt matter, you run it and it complains that xmlrtl90.bpl is missing.. Removing all references I could find to that file didnt help either.

In the end the only work round I found was to copy the xmlrtl70.bpl off a machine and renamed it to xmlrtl90.bpl and tada it started.. doesnt exactly fill me with confidence though.
