But not *too* frequent, please!

We're using (and distributing to our customers) a software that gets a
new version every night! This means that every time there is a problem,
I have to start with downloading the latest nightly build (200-500 MB),
and test again, because the vendor will not listen very much to my
complaints until I've done that. This can become quite time consuming.

And those nightly builds are not even betas, but rather pre-alpha, which
means that sometimes they don't work at all.

OTOH turn-around time, from my reporting an error until that particular
problem is fixed in a nightly build, can be as short as two-three days.

Frozen, Q&A-ed, releases are about twice a year...
