    For almost all of our packages, we had to follow that procedure (create a
    new package from scratch and add the units manually).

    But we keep getting those AV's in DCC90.DLL, which is something of a
    show-stopper because our applications rely on those packages.

    However, when I feel up to it, I will try again. I don't really want to give
    up yet...
