Really? Can you show me a government run health care system that

I suppose that is true if you alter the definition of "well". Waiting
a year for an MRI, or waiting in pain for six months for a knee
replacement as my mother-in-law did (and then having the doctors screw
it up with no legal recourse on her part) is not working "well" by my
definition.

Yep, thinking that people dying years early because cancer was detected
late after waiting a year for an MRI is a bad thing is pretty weird,
huh. :-\
