People get depressed during the winter in my part of the world. The
source is lack of daylight, and the cure is of course simple: Light.
They sell/rent light screens that you put on your desk or hang up on the
wall and you are supposed to sit there one or two hours a day, reading a
book for example.

Delphi programmers using the default settings never get depressed of
