Nonsense--the forum would be here, but its specific membership changes
constantly in a feedback loop with the topics of conversation. (How much
time would you spend here if the issue of a 64bit compiler were never
discussed or discussable here?) People will stay or go as they find topics
to be of interest, so there's an obvious correlation to be argued between
what's specifically being talked about and the participants/luckers of that
discussion.

I'm solely concerned with what to have for lunch.

The question 'hambuger or sushi' is solely concerned with lunch.

I am therefore completely representative of what all lunch eaters would
prefer. See the problem?

Rather, to assume it is fooling. You've provided no reason at all to accept
the sample as statistically representative, either on your choosen issue or
any other.

Now that's an odd claim--so you believe that a 64bit compiler is
tremendously important to hobbyists and independents, but not to large
corporate customers? Why would that be--and if it isn't, how on earth did
you get to this bizarre claim?

Again--on what basis do you claim that this is predominantly a little guy
issue?

Tone down the silly anti-Borland rhetoric or the discussion is over.
