"Source File not found" Error

Hi all,

I don't know where to post this, maybe anyone here knows about this problem.
When running a project I work on, I get a "Source File Not Found"-error on
the very last line of code (the last "end.").
I cant find the file it references to anywhere in my project. I also don't
think that it is a file that comes with Delphi (it's called "BtnXPVS.pas").

Can anyone please tell me where I can remove that unit from my project?
