but the applications Delphi 7 produces under right circumstances can be
assured on win 95..
It really depends what the original question realistcially is asking
If its
what operating system was the designated target by borland for the
development for each of the delphi releases 6+
or
what operating systems will the products of each of the versions be
able to be assured on
or
something else.
I think while we all speculate on answers, we really need the actual
question in a form that is not ambiguous.
