See, most people on QC never seem to follow the rules WRT ratings (e.g.
- they are meant to indicate how well written the report is, not your
own bias for/against the report). If there was some huge anti 64-bit
movement out there, don't you think the rating would be, I dunno, just
a /tad/ bit lower than where it's at now?

Oh, right.. that'd be because said anti 64-bit movement doesn't
*exist*.

Now for my troll:

If only people had the ability to vote /against/ a Delphi .NET
compiler, what a horrid waste of resources that was.
