It's legal as long as no one does use it that doesn't have a Delphi
license. :-) The way I understand it it really isn't illegal for it to
be in SCC though. Unless your SCC was accessible via the web to the
general public! *GRIN*

You may into a problem with the "activation key" though. I'm not sure
if the command line compiler will run without it being present?

You'll need to do a bit of trial and error testing I reckon.

OTTOMH, you may as well start by grabbing the registry tree on an
installed system and try tweaking it. You'll also need the VCL source
(DCUs and BPLs at least).

No.

Personally, I think this is a bad idea. It would be better just to
record the information about the patches applied and version information
of Delphi and then to check in the source code (or DCUs etc. if you
don't have source) of any third party components and libraries.
