Your origninal point was that service packs were "easy". I've clearly
shown that in a professional, commercial company like Borland, it's not
an easy process, it's a refined, thorough, complete, professional
process.
You've chosen to completely ignore that point (and the post, as well,
I'll note).
In any event, I think my point is clearly and well made.
